STAR E ist ein durch die Leitaktion 2 des EU Programms Erasmus+ gef\u00f6rdertes europ\u00e4isches Partnerschaftsprojekt zur \u201eEntwicklung von Innovation\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>STAR E wurde durch ICJA Freiwilligenaustausch weltweit im Auftrag eines Konsortiums von insgesamt 8 Partnerorganisationen aus 8 EU-L\u00e4ndern initiiert. Die Umsetzung erfolgt von August 2017 bis Juli 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Die glaubw\u00fcrdige, ganzheitliche Bek\u00e4mpfung von Rassismus auf allen Ebenen der Arbeit im Partnerverbund ist zentrales Leitmotiv dieses Projekts. Das gewaltfreie Engagement f\u00fcr Gerechtigkeit und Frieden in einer gemeinsamen Welt ist Kernanliegen. Alle Partner sind angetreten, um rassismuskritische Einstellung in Europa zu unterst\u00fctzen.<br \/>\nDas Projekt soll durch mehrere europ\u00e4ische Workshops die M\u00f6glichkeit bieten, gemeinsam darauf zu schauen, wie sich rassistische Diskriminierung in Programmen und Strukturen zeigt und was getan werden kann, um Rassismus in unseren Haltungen und Handlungen zu erkennen und anzugehen. Beabsichtigte Ergebnisse dieses Prozesses sind zum einen Methoden und Konzepte f\u00fcr die rassismuskritische und \u2013sensible Jugendarbeit, die gemeinsam erarbeitet und in der jeweiligen Arbeitspraxis erprobt werden sollen. Zum anderen soll die rassismuskritische Organisationsentwicklung der teilnehmenden Jugend- und Freiwilligendienstorganisationen erm\u00f6glicht und angeregt werden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr jeden dieser beiden Schwerpunkte entsteht im Lauf der 3 Jahre eine Publikation mit Methoden, Tools und Materialien, die gegen Ende der Projektlaufzeit anderen Organisationen und Netzwerken in den teilnehmenden L\u00e4ndern sowie auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Folgende europ\u00e4ische Partner sind beteiligt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dansk ICYE, D\u00e4nemark<\/li>\n<li>SOCIUS, Deutschland<\/li>\n<li>Maailmanvaihto, Finnland<\/li>\n<li>Jeunesse et Reconstruction, Frankreich<\/li>\n<li>AUS, Island<\/li>\n<li>UNITED for Intercultural Action, European Network against nationalism, racism, fascism and in support of migrants and refugees \/ FSV, Ungarn<\/li>\n<li>ICYE UK, Vereinigtes K\u00f6nigreich<\/li>\n<li>KERIC, Slowakische Republik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr SOCIUS sind Nicola Kriesel, Joana Ebbinghaus und Christian Baier f\u00fcr das Projekt verantwortlich. SOCIUS tritt mit der spezifischen Aufgabe an, Wissen und Expertise um die Themenfelder Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse, Organisationsentwicklung und Inklusion in das Projekt zu bringen. Ziel ist an der Stelle eine h\u00f6here Sensibilit\u00e4t zu dem Thema bei allen Projektpartnern und Handlungskompetenzen sichtbar zu machen, wie daraus resultierende Fragen oder Prozesse besprechbar und gestaltbar gemacht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Vom 11.-13. April 2108 findet das n\u00e4chste Treffen in Helsinki statt, weitere Treffen sind f\u00fcr 2019 und 2020 geplant.
