Neben vielen spannenden Gespr\u00e4chen mit Teilnehmenden aus 10 europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern und interessanten Auseinandersetzungen zur Frage wie sich Organisationsentwicklung und rassismussensible Arbeit verbinden lassen, hatten wir auch die Chance, einen kurzen aber nachdr\u00fccklichen Eindruck dieser wundersch\u00f6nen Insel zu bekommen. Erneut best\u00e4tigt gefunden hat sich unsere langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung, dass es sich an besonders sch\u00f6nen Orten auch besonders gut und kreativ arbeiten l\u00e4sst!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ein wichtiges Ergebnis war die Verst\u00e4ndigung auf eine Positiv-Definition als Zielorientierung des gemeinsamen Austausch- und Lernprozesses; also nicht als verbindende Frage: wie wehren wir uns gegen Rassismus (und andere Formen der Diskriminierung) sondern: wie stehen Organisationen der internationalen Freiwilligenarbeit ein f\u00fcr Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit und Anerkennung von Unterschiedlichkeit. Auf diese Weise waren wir schnell bei den Themen Diversity und Inklusion und bei der Reflexion dar\u00fcber, wie schwer es ist, in organisationellen Netzwerken, die fast famili\u00e4ren Charakter haben, sich Vielfalt und auch Vielfalt im Denken gegen\u00fcber zu \u00f6ffnen. Auf diese Fragen zugeschnitten sollen nun Ans\u00e4tze der Organisationsentwicklung diskutiert, erprobt und angepasst werden. Greifbares &#8211; und auch f\u00fcr andere Organisationen nutzbares &#8211; Ergebnis wird eine gemeinsam zu erarbeitende Handreichung werden, die Methoden f\u00fcr inklusive und diversit\u00e4tsorientierte OE aufgreift und praxisbezogen darstellt. Ihre Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr Fr\u00fchjahr 2020 vorgesehen.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus war es spannend, mehr \u00fcber die Erfahrungen aus Island im Zusammenhang mit der Integration von Gefl\u00fcchteten zu erfahren. Zuwanderung aus verschiedenen krisengesch\u00fcttelten L\u00e4nden nach Island hat im Vergleich zu vielen anderen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern erst mit einer Verz\u00f6gerung von ca. 10 Jahren begonnen und findet erwartungsgem\u00e4\u00df geringerem Umfang statt.
