Das letzte Mal hatte ich eine Draufschau; jetzt verstehe ich es wirklich&#8220;, so einer der Teilnehmer des ICJA-Trainings vergangene Woche. 5 Tage kamen etwa 15 Kolleg*innen aus ganz Europa zum Training in der Begleitung von Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen zusammen, hin zu einer rassismuskritischen und diversit\u00e4tssensiblen Organisation. Angeleitet wurde das Training von\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/staging-sociusalt.socius.de\/joana-ebbinghaus\/\">Joana Ebbinghaus<\/a>\u00a0und\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/staging-sociusalt.socius.de\/simon-mohn\/\">Simon Mohn<\/a>.<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Dabei wurden verschiedene Modelle der Organisationsentwicklung vorgestellt und auf die jeweils eigene Organisation angewandt, wie auch verschiedene praktische \u00dcbungen ausprobiert.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Besondere Rituale waren der einsteigende Tanz jeden Morgen und die Reflexion mit einem*r Lernpartner*in jeden Abend.<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Neben der Vermittlung neuer Ideen zur eigenst\u00e4ndigen Gestaltung eines Organisationswandels, ging es auch darum, die Praktikabilit\u00e4t der Modelle und \u00dcbungen zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, da diese in einer Brosch\u00fcre\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\" style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span class=\"\">zusammengef\u00fchrt werden. Diese wird einen gezielten Blick auf die Begleitung von Change unter dem Diversit\u00e4tsaspekt haben.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Das Training fand statt mit Partnerorganisationen des Projektes\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/star-e.icja.de\/\">#star_e &#8211; Standing Together against Racism in Europe<\/a>\u00a0in Tr\u00e4gerschaft des ICJA; SOCIUS ist Partner des Projektes. Die glaubw\u00fcrdige, holistische Bek\u00e4mpfung von Rassismus auf allen Ebenen unserer Arbeit im ICJA und in der internationalen F\u00f6deration ist zentrales Leitmotiv dieses Projekts. Zwei inhaltliche S\u00e4ulen sind die Erstellung von Brosch\u00fcren zur Rassismuskritischen Haltung und Argumentationsst\u00e4rkung und die Begleitung von Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen zu diversit\u00e4tsorientierten Organisationen.
