Bereits seit 2015 finden unsere SOCIUS labore statt und im Anschluss gibt es jedes Mal ein exzellentes S\u00fcppchen von Denise N\u00f6renberg in der SOCIUS lounge<\/strong>. Bei Suppe und Getr\u00e4nken findet viel intensiver Austausch und gutes Netzwerken zu den Labor-Themen\u00a0 und dar\u00fcber hinaus statt.\u00a0<\/em>
Immer wieder wurden wir nach den Rezepten f\u00fcr die leckeren Suppen gefragt und endlich haben wir beschlossen, unser\u00a0Portfolio zu erweitern<\/strong>\u00a0und einen\u00a0Suppen-Blog-Kategorie<\/strong>\u00a0einzuf\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/em>

Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Den Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen.<\/p>\n

In der Zwischenzeit den K\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len und in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. In eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel das Cajun-Gew\u00fcrz, den Salbei, das Salz, den Pfeffer und das Oliven\u00f6l geben. Die K\u00fcrbisst\u00fccke hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles miteinander vermengen.<\/p>\n

Das Ganze auf einem Backblech verteilen und f\u00fcr 45 min im Ofen r\u00f6sten bis es gar ist.<\/p>\n

Nun die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch mit etwas \u00d6l in einem Topf glasig anschwitzen. Den ger\u00f6steten K\u00fcrbis dazugeben, mit der Kokosmilch und der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr 10 min bei mittlerer Hitze zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Suppe mit dem P\u00fcrierstab fein p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n

Die Suppe nochmal kurz aufkochen lassen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft abschmecken.<\/p>\n

Die Suppe in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit den K\u00fcrbiskernen, den Chiliflocken und der Soja-Sahne garnieren.<\/p>\n
