Zum SOCIUS labor \u201eIntuitive Prozessbegleitung\u201c<\/strong> hatten wir im April schon mal eingeladen und das Interesse war so gering, dass wir beschlossen das Angebot zu verschieben.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Was f\u00fcr eine gute Idee!\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Am 19. September folgten 14 Personen unserer Einladung gemeinsam mit Heike Brembach der Intuition in der Prozessbegleitung auf die Spur zu kommen.\u00a0<\/span><\/em>
\n
\nNach einer Runde, in der wir unsere Position in oder bei der Organisation benennen sollten, ging es zun\u00e4chst einmal darum, in Kleingruppen herauszufinden, was genau unsere eigene Fragestellung ist, die uns hergetrieben hat. Alles in allem kam heraus, dass es einem Gro\u00dfteil der Teilnehmenden darum ging, zu erfahren, was genau unter \u201eIntuition\u201c zu verstehen ist, wie ich Zugang zu ihr bekomme und behalte und wie diese dann in Beratungsprozesse einzubetten ist.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Aus der gro\u00dfen Fragensammlung entspann sich im Anschluss ein interessanter Austausch in der Gruppe, der erste Antworten und noch mehr Fragen aufwarf.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eine m\u00f6gliche Antwort ist, dass es bei Intuition gerade nicht so sehr um Methodenkompetenz, sondern viel mehr um emotionale Kompetenzen<\/strong> geht. Um diese im Raum halten zu k\u00f6nnen und in Prozesse einbringen zu k\u00f6nnen, bedarf es pers\u00f6nlicher Arbeit – ob als F\u00fchrungskraft, Berater*in, in der Facilitation oder als Kolleg*in ist dabei gleich.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gleichwohl ist es hilfreich und wichtig, einige Denkmodelle, Methoden und Ans\u00e4tze<\/strong> so parat zu haben, dass ich mich immer darauf verlassen kann, diese als Basis f\u00fcr meine Arbeit zug\u00e4nglich zu haben. Heike Brembach pr\u00e4sentierte uns drei ihrer Denk- und Arbeitsmodelle, die ihr helfen, Situationen in Prozessen auch intuitiv einzusch\u00e4tzen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst gab es das Dreieck der Erkenntnis<\/strong>, das hilfreich ist, wenn wir uns fragen, wie kommen Erkenntnisse zu Stande – daf\u00fcr gibt es drei Zug\u00e4nge und in allen gibt es Hier ist die Herausforderung im DENKEN beweglich zu bleiben und darauf zu vertrauen, dass dem Gedanken eine Erkenntnis folgt; beim F\u00dcHLEN \u201cin der Liebe\u201d zu bleiben, auch wenn es schmerzhaft ist und beim HANDELN sich eben genau eines solchen Denkmodells zu bedienen, wenn Unsicherheit auftritt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Und weil wir als Teilnehmende Zeug*innen eines dankenswerterweise transparent gemachten Momentes von Unsicherheit werden durften, kamen wir auch gleich in den Genuss eines weiteren Denkmodells: Den Stufen der Kompetenzentwicklung. Intuition findet hier auf der Stufe des unbewussten Wissen, K\u00f6nnen, D\u00fcrfen und F\u00fchlen statt<\/strong> und die gro\u00dfe Frage ist: wie bringe ich das, was meine unbewusste Kompetenz ist, in ein Bewusstsein? Wie kann ich das, was mir selbstverst\u00e4ndliche Gewohnheit ist, was ich verinnerlicht habe und automatisch tue so konfigurieren, dass ich es abrufbar habe und damit anderen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen kann, in dem Vertrauen, dass es ihnen dienlich ist.<\/span><\/p>\n

An dieser Stelle kommt Verk\u00f6rperung ins Spiel und die M\u00f6glichkeit das, was wir \u201cverleiblicht\u201d haben, wieder in Kontakt zu bringen. Da finden sich dann diverse Ankn\u00fcpfungspunkte an das Thema, das Ralph Piotrowski und mich seit langem besch\u00e4ftigt: empathy@work und die entsprechenden Auswirkungen und Bedingungen, die wir daf\u00fcr in der so genannten Neuen Arbeitswelt brauchen. Unser Blick lag dann vor allem auf den Randthemen der Phasen: Transparenz – Menschlichkeit – Machbarkeit<\/strong> und hier vor allem im \u00dcbergang von der Differenzierungsphase in der Integrationsphase, wo Empathie eine gro\u00dfe Rolle spielt und mit ihr auch die Intuition, die ich als ein auf Erfahrungen basierendes Gesp\u00fcr<\/strong> f\u00fcr Situationen definieren w\u00fcrde.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Heike Brembach hat durch diese umfangreichen Inputs zu\u00a0 Basis-Modellen unter Aspekten der Intuition ein sattes Fundament gelegt f\u00fcr das Experimentieren mit der eigenen Intuition in Prozessen und Gruppen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Idee 10 bis 15 Denkmodelle, Ans\u00e4tze, Methoden so in- und auswendig zu kennen, dass sie zu jeder Zeit abrufbar sind, und damit erm\u00f6glichen, dem auf Erfahrung basierenden Gesp\u00fcr (Intuition) zu folgen, hat mich als Antwort auf die Frage: \u201cWie bringe ich Intuition in den Beratungsprozess?\u201d \u00fcberzeugt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gleichzeitig hallt mir der Satz einer Teilnehmerin im Ohr, die meinte \u201chaben wir das nicht schon immer so gemacht und brauchen jetzt pl\u00f6tzlich so schicke Namen daf\u00fcr?\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ich denke: Ja, vielleicht haben wir das schon immer so gemacht – unsere unbewusste Kompetenz genutzt und etwas gekonnt von dem wir nicht wussten, dass wir es k\u00f6nnen. Der qualitative Unterschied zur gemeinsamen Befassung damit, ist es, es in die bewusste Kompetenz zu bringen.
