Hannah Hummel ist Sozialp\u00e4dagogin und spielt seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren Improvisationstheater. Ihre Arbeit und ihre Leidenschaft lassen sich gut verkn\u00fcpfen, denn auch in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen ist Improvisation eine hilfreiche Kompetenz.<\/p>\n<p>Im Labor hat uns Hannah Hummel mitgenommen in die Welt des Improvisationstheaters. Nicht umsonst wird Improvisationstheater hin und wieder Theatersport genannt. In der agilen Gestaltung unserer Arbeitswelt k\u00f6nnen wir uns von der Praxis und den Erkenntnissen des Impro-Theaters mehr als nur inspirieren lassen. Wir k\u00f6nnen Improvisation nutzen, um beispielsweise von der peniblen Planung der pr\u00e4-VUCA-Welt zu einer zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Form des Planens zu kommen, in der sense-and-respond, also bewussteres Wahrnehmen und spontaneres Reagieren erfolgsversprechende Herangehensweisen sind.<\/p>\n<p>In unseren Arbeitskontexten nennen wir das, was im Impro-Theater Spiel hei\u00dft, oft \u201e\u00dcbung\u201c, aus der \u00dcberzeugung, dass Arbeit ja schlie\u00dflich kein Spiel sei, dass wir aber unerl\u00e4sslich \u00dcbung br\u00e4uchten, um noch besser (zusammen) arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen. Einerseits war sie sehr gut vorbereitet und folgte einem (inneren) Plan. Sie brachte Experimente mit, mit denen wir uns in diesem Labor besch\u00e4ftigen w\u00fcrden. Und sie improvisierte gleichzeitig mit denen die da waren quasi vor der wei\u00dfen Leinwand und vertraute ihrer aus Erfahrung gespeisten Intuition, indem sie als Labor-Leitung den oben genannten Prinzipien folgte.<\/p>\n<p>In der systemischen Gedankenwelt w\u00fcrde sich hier auf Luhmanns Begriff der Kontingenz berufen werden: dass etwas sowohl nicht notwendig als auch nicht unm\u00f6glich ist. Kurz: Es k\u00f6nnte auch alles anders sein.<\/p>\n<p>Neben all der \u00dcbung im Pr\u00e4sent-sein, Ja-Sagen und den eigenen K\u00f6rper als Instrument zu nutzen, erfuhren die Labor-Teilnehmenden auch etwas \u00fcber einflussreiche Impro-Theater-Macher*innen. Allen voran Augusto Boal, der mit seinem Theater der Unterdr\u00fcckten eine von der UNESCO anerkannte \u201eMethod of social change\u201c entwickelte. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erz\u00e4hlte Hannah uns noch etwas \u00fcber Viola Spolin und Keith Johnstone als jene die sie selbst besonders beeindruckten. Allerdings war wir Teilnehmenden so sehr in Spiellaune, dass wir lieber noch mehr spielen wollten.<\/p>\n<p>Die vier Stunden \u201eImpro-Training\u201c vergingen wie im Fluge und wir hatten einen vergn\u00fcgten erkenntnisreichen Nachmittag mit herzlichen Lachern und gro\u00dfem Staunen \u00fcber die verborgenen Talente, die in uns stecken.<\/p>\n<p>Das exzellente S\u00fcppchen in der anschlie\u00dfenden Lounge st\u00e4rkte uns, am Kaminfeuer weilten wir noch eine ganze Zeit und genossen den Austausch und die Reflexion des Erlebten.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich bleibt die Erinnerung an eine Erkenntnis, die ich mit dem Kollegen Ralph Piotrowski schon immer mal in einen Blog gie\u00dfen wollte: Allet eens!<\/p>\n<p>Sprich: all die verschiedenen Ans\u00e4tze, Philosophien, Methoden und Werkzeuge, die wir so gerne klar voneinander trennen w\u00fcrden, dienen mit einer \u00e4hnlichen Haltung demselben Ziel: sinnvollem zusammenwirken!<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ein erwachsenes Kinderspiel Das SOCIUS labor mit Hannah Hummel war mit sechs Teilnehmenden ein intensives Labor, was die Improvisationen zu einem sehr pers\u00f6nlichen Erlebnis machte.
