Bereits seit 2015 finden unsere SOCIUS labore statt und im Anschluss gibt es jedes Mal ein exzellentes S\u00fcppchen von Denise N\u00f6renberg in der SOCIUS lounge<\/strong>. Bei Suppe und Getr\u00e4nken findet viel intensiver Austausch und gutes Netzwerken zu den Labor-Themen\u00a0 und dar\u00fcber hinaus statt.\u00a0<\/em>
Immer wieder wurden wir nach den Rezepten f\u00fcr die leckeren Suppen gefragt und endlich haben wir beschlossen, unser\u00a0Portfolio zu erweitern<\/strong>\u00a0und einen\u00a0Suppen-Blog-Kategorie<\/strong>\u00a0einzuf\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/em>

Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Rote Beete und die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n

Die Knoblauchzehen und die Zwiebeln fein hacken.<\/p>\n

In einem gro\u00dfen Topf das \u00d6l erhitzen. Die Zwiebeln hinzuf\u00fcgen und diese bei hoher Hitze f\u00fcr 6 min and\u00fcnsten bis sie karamellisieren. Dann den Knoblauch dazugeben und f\u00fcr 2 min mitbraten. Den Kreuzk\u00fcmmel hinzuf\u00fcgen und kurz anbraten. Dann mit der Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n

Die Rote Beete, die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelst\u00fccke und das Paprikapulver dazugeben und kurz aufkochen lassen. Die Hitze runterschalten und das Ganze bei mittlerer Hitze ungef\u00e4hr f\u00fcr 20 min k\u00f6cheln lassen bis das Gem\u00fcse weich ist.<\/p>\n

Die Suppe mit einem P\u00fcrierstab fein p\u00fcrieren. Die Kokosmilch unterr\u00fchren und f\u00fcr 2 min aufkochen lassen. Bei Bedarf noch mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n

Die Suppe in eine Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen und mit der Sojasahne, den K\u00fcrbiskernen, den Rote Beete Chips sowie den Thymian garnieren.<\/p>\n
