Aus dem Blickwinkel meines Berufes, der Organisationsentwicklung, gehe ich der Frage nach, wie man die Dynamik eines sozialen Systems liest, surft und sanft dabei leitet, in einen eingespielten Rhythmus zu finden. Mich interessiert, wie wir uns in der Prozessbegleitung mehr auf Selbstorganisation und emergente Entwicklung verlassen k\u00f6nnen und was zu tun ist, wenn es auf diesem Weg holprig wird oder wir stecken bleiben. Die Texte sind Ausz\u00fcge aus einem Buch, mit dem ich noch ringe. Sie sind weder perfekt noch vollst\u00e4ndig, aber sie wollen raus. Aus dem Blickwinkel meines Berufes, der Organisationsentwicklung, gehe ich der Frage nach, wie man die Dynamik eines sozialen Systems liest, surft und sanft dabei leitet, in einen eingespielten Rhythmus zu finden. Mich interessiert, wie wir uns in der Prozessbegleitung mehr auf Selbstorganisation und emergente Entwicklung verlassen k\u00f6nnen und was zu tun ist, wenn es auf diesem Weg holprig wird oder wir stecken bleiben.<br \/>Die Texte sind Ausz\u00fcge aus einem Buch, mit dem ich noch ringe.
