Die Herausforderung wurde gleich zu Beginn sichtbar: Projektmanagement verbinden die Teilnehmer*innen mit Planung, Struktur und Ratio. Emotionen haben bei den meisten entwickelten Instrumenten \u2013 sehen wir von Grenzbereichen wie der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte- und Teamentwicklung ab \u2013 nichts verloren. Dem aber widerspricht die Erfahrung: Wie an anderen Stellen zeigen sich auch in Abl\u00e4ufen des Projektmanagements Emotionen als zentraler Einflussfaktor f\u00fcr Prozesse und Entscheidungen und letztlich auch \u00fcber ihren Erfolg oder Scheitern. Wie also k\u00f6nnen diese beiden Elemente expliziter verbunden werden als mit den g\u00e4ngigen Mitteln m\u00f6glich? <\/span><\/p>\n

Die f\u00fcnf Wirkkr\u00e4fte (Holz, Feuer, Erde, Metall, Wasser), entnommen als Beobachtungen und Metaphern aus stattfindenden Naturprozessen, hat Pao Siermann (https:\/\/www.wu-de.com<\/span><\/a>) auf Kontexte des Coachings und der Organisationsentwicklung \u00fcbertragen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Einblicke aus der Natur<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Der Wu-De-Prozess (\u201eWu-De\u201c kommt aus dem Chinesischen und steht f\u00fcr: F\u00fcnf Wirkkr\u00e4fte) greift zur\u00fcck auf vor \u00fcber 2.500 Jahren formulierte evolution\u00e4re Prozesse und Qualit\u00e4ten der Natur. Es wurden diese f\u00fcnf Wirkkr\u00e4fte identifiziert, die den Gesamtprozess von Entstehen und Vergehen beschreiben: \u201eHolz\u201c (gr\u00fcn) steht f\u00fcr Wachstum, (Neu-)beginn, dynamische Entwicklung; \u201eFeuer\u201c (rot) f\u00fcr Begeisterung, Kommunikation, W\u00e4rme; \u201eErde\u201c (gelb) f\u00fcr Reifung und Kontinuit\u00e4t, Miteinander; \u201eMetall\u201c (wei\u00df) f\u00fcr Fertigstellung, Ernte und Reflexion, Verabschiedung; \u201eWasser\u201c (blau) f\u00fcr Ruhe und Ausruhen sowie Speicherung und Erholung. Im Kreis ist ein evolution\u00e4res Wachstums- und Regressionsmodell erkennbar: Aus der Knospe entwickelt sich die Bl\u00fcte, die Frucht, die als neuer Samen zur Erde f\u00e4llt (Trennung im Herbst, Metall) und in diesem Schutz (R\u00fcckzug) Kraft f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Fr\u00fchling sammelt; der Prozess wiederholt sich. Nachvollzogen wurde das Modell auch in gesellschaftshistorischen Prozessen (Abl\u00f6sungsprozesse fern\u00f6stlicher Herrschaftsdynastien, historisch verfolgt vor \u00fcber 2.000 Jahren). Im Verlauf wurden diesen Wirkkr\u00e4ften weitere unterschiedliche Qualit\u00e4ten zugeordnet. Beispielsweise wird assoziiert: mit Holz Wachstum, Neuentwicklung aber auch Wut und Mut; mit Feuer Erregung und Energie, Bewusstheit f\u00fcr das Ganze, mit Erde die Reflexion und Kontinuit\u00e4t, Wahrnehmung von Verantwortlichkeit; mit Metall der Abschied und die Kritik, sowie das Lernen und mit Wasser die Pause, das Expertentum, aber auch ein Kontrollbed\u00fcrfnis und \u00c4ngstlichkeit. <\/span><\/p>\n

Diesem evolution\u00e4ren Modell steht ein disruptives Modell gegen\u00fcber, dass sich aus den Pfeilverbindungen innerhalb des Kreises nachvollziehen l\u00e4sst: Wasser L\u00f6scht Feuer; Feuer biegt Metall; Holz wird zu Erde usw. Das konnte vor allem metaphorisch in gesellschaftlichen Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen nachvollzogen werden. Interessant ist hier: Aufgrund der ungeraden Zahl an Wirkkr\u00e4ften, bleibt es \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von einem idealtypischen Verlauf \u2013 ein dynamischer Prozess und nicht nur, wie bei vier Qualit\u00e4ten, ein sich wiederholender Kreislauf. <\/span><\/p>\n

Praxisbeispiel: Soziogramm nach Wu-De<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Wo finden sich nun Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten des Modells in der Praxis? Verschiedene Assoziationen zu anderen Modellen liegen auf der Hand und k\u00f6nnen hier eine hilfreiche Erg\u00e4nzung erfahren. Ankl\u00e4nge finden sich beispielsweise bei der Teamuhr von Tuckman, aber auch der Gestaltzyklus kann nach meinem Eindruck wieder gespiegelt werden sowie die OE-Phasen von Glas finden eine Entsprechung. Hier k\u00f6nnte man diese oder andere g\u00e4ngige Vorgehensweisen analogisch betrachten und kombinieren. <\/span><\/p>\n

Neben den Farben, die dem beschriebenen Modell folgen, haben auch die Formen hier eine Bedeutung: Die Kreise symbolisieren wesentliche beteiligte Personen \/ Funktionen; die Rechtecke Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten \/ Prozesse und die Sechsecke St\u00f6rungen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Vorgehen selbst hatte eine Vergleichbarkeit mit anderen Konstellationen. Auch hier stand im Vordergrund der Eindruck der Fallgeberin, ihre Bewertung und ihre \u201eEinordnung\u201c in die jeweiligen Wirkkr\u00e4fte. Der Fokus auf diese Perspektiven erm\u00f6glicht eine interessante Blickweiterung: durch die Wirkkr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen mit den Prozessen verbundene Emotionen beschrieben und zugeordnet werden. Da in diesem Zugang nicht \u2013 wie im westlich gepr\u00e4gten Denken \u2013 zwischen emotionalen und gedanklichen Prozessen unterschieden wird (\u201edenken\u201c, oder das, was diesem Begriff sprachlich am n\u00e4chsten kommt, wird mit der erdigen Wirkkraft des Stoffwechsels, der Umwandlungsprozesse im Ackerboden assoziiert), ist eine Reflexion m\u00f6glich, die Intuition, Kognition und Emotion miteinander verbindet. Diese M\u00f6glichkeit eines ganzheitlichen reflektierten Zugangs l\u00e4sst sich auf andere Kontexte \u00fcbertragen: Dynamiken und Phasen in Teamprozessen; Anteile und Qualit\u00e4ten auf pers\u00f6nlicher Ebene; Moderation von Entscheidungsprozessen usw. <\/span><\/p>\n
