Bereits seit 2015 finden unsere SOCIUS labore statt und im Anschluss gibt es jedes Mal ein exzellentes S\u00fcppchen von Denise N\u00f6renberg in der SOCIUS lounge<\/strong>. Bei Suppe und Getr\u00e4nken findet viel intensiver Austausch und gutes Netzwerken zu den Labor-Themen\u00a0 und dar\u00fcber hinaus statt.\u00a0<\/em>
Immer wieder wurden wir nach den Rezepten f\u00fcr die leckeren Suppen gefragt und endlich haben wir beschlossen, unser\u00a0Portfolio zu erweitern<\/strong>\u00a0und einen\u00a0Suppen-Blog-Kategorie<\/strong>\u00a0einzuf\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/em>

Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch und den Ingwer klein hacken.<\/p>\n

Die M\u00f6hren in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n

Das Oliven\u00f6l in einen gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen. Die Zwiebeln hineingeben und f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten anschwitzen bis sie leicht glasig sind. Dann den Knoblauch und den Ingwer hinzuf\u00fcgen und kurz mitbraten.<\/p>\n

Nun die M\u00f6hren, den Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, den Zimt, die Nelken und das Chili hinzugeben und kurz mitbraten. Mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Die Dosentomaten dazugeben, salzen und f\u00fcr 20 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n

In der Zwischenzeit die gehobelten Mandeln in einer Pfanne leicht anr\u00f6sten und zur Seite stellen.<\/p>\n

Nach den 20 Minuten die Suppe mit einem P\u00fcrierstab fein p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n

Die Suppe noch einmal erhitzen, das Mandelmus, die Kokosmilch und den Limettensaft unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Bei Bedarf noch etwas Nachsalzen.<\/p>\n

Die Suppe in eine Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen und mit den M\u00f6hrenspiralen, einer Limettenscheibe, den ger\u00f6steten Mandeln, den Chiliflocken, den Koriander und der Sojasahne garnieren.<\/p>\n
