Die St\u00e4rkung von Jugendlichen und Jugendorganisationen zu einer eigenen rassismuskritischen Haltung ist eine Herausforderung, die insbesondere angesichts j\u00fcngerer Entwicklungen in Deutschland, Europa und (vermutlich auch) der Welt wieder an Bedeutung gewinnt. Gerade w\u00e4hrend wir an die Befreiung von Auschwitz vor 75 Jahren stellvertretend f\u00fcr ein extrem menschenfeindliches und diskriminierendes Regime erinnern, m\u00fcssen wir gleichzeitig feststellen, dass es weiterhin Strukturen und Mechanismen in unseren Gesellschaften gibt, die Mitmenschen aufgrund von Hautfarbe, Glaube oder anderer identit\u00e4tsbildender Einstellungen und Merkmale abwerten, verletzen und ausgrenzen.<\/p>\n

Die vergangenen drei Jahre hat das europ\u00e4ische Freiwilligennetzwerk ICYE (International Cultural Youth Exchange) sich intensiv mit diesen Fragen aus Organisationsperspektive auseinandergesetzt. Gef\u00f6rdert aus Mitteln von Erasmus+ konnten mehrere Austausch- und Trainingstermine zur St\u00e4rkung gegen rassistische Haltung und \u00c4u\u00dferungen organisiert werden. Parallel wurde im Umkehrschluss ein positives Bild gepr\u00e4gt, unter der Frage: „Wie k\u00f6nnen wir Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse unterst\u00fctzen, wodurch unsere Organisationen mehr Diversit\u00e4t wagen?“ Wir von SOCIUS haben uns mit Freude gerade in dieser zweiten Projekts\u00e4ule engagiert und zahlreiche lebendige Diskussionsrunden, methodische \u00dcbungen und Reflexionen mit verfolgt und
