Liberating Structures – die Wortkombination von \u201eStrukturierung\u201c und \u201eBefreiung\u201c<\/strong> ist schon eine kleine Zumutung, aber eine sch\u00f6ne: Strukturen sind ja nur dann Gef\u00e4ngnisse, wenn sie Entfaltung verhindern. Wo sie sie erm\u00f6glichen, k\u00f6nnen sie im doppelten Sinne befreiend wirken \u2013 befreiend von der Stagnation \u00fcberregulierten Formgeschehens und vom Dschungel unterregulierter Gruppendynamik. Und doch gelingt dieses Spagat so oft nicht \u2013 was ist das Geheimnis? Willkommen in der Welt der \u201eWicked Questions\u201c<\/strong>, der Nr. 1 im Men\u00fc der Liberating Strcutures.<\/p>\n

Britta Loschke ist f\u00fcr SOCIUS durch langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit und gemeinsame Geschichte ein Very Special Guest. Sie ist im besten Sinne ein Strukturfreak (muss man sein, wenn man mit Gro\u00dfgruppen beteiligungsorientiert arbeiten will). Damit kn\u00fcpft dieses Labor auch an unseren langj\u00e4hrigen \u201eBattle\u201c an \u00fcber die Frage, wieviel Struktur und wieviel Emergenz Prozesse vertragen.<\/p>\n

Der Einstieg zum Labor bildet das \u201eImpromptu Networking\u201c<\/strong>: wechselnde 4-min\u00fctige Zufalls-Begegnungen zu den Fragen \u201eWas erhoffst Du Dir von diesem Labor? Und was bringst Du in ein?\u201c. Und wie dieser Austausch einen kompakt-intensiven ersten Kontakt unter den 15 Labor-Teilnehmenden erm\u00f6glicht, geht es im Programm auch weiter: Die Gruppenerfahrung und das gemeinsame Interesse an Was macht die Liberating Structures aus? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Structures (auch liebevoll \u201eLS\u201c genannt) sind ein Repertoire von sogenannten \u201eMikro-Strukturen<\/strong>\u201c, Abl\u00e4ufen zur Gestaltung von Gruppenprozessen und Workshops. Die erste Sammlung wurde von Keith McCandless und Henri Lipmanovicz vom Plexus Institute zusammengestellt. Sie umfasst bisher 33 Methoden<\/strong> \u2013 einige alt-bekannt (etwa der Open Space oder die Appreciative Inquiry Interviews), andere neu erdacht und pointiert aufbereitet. Auch wenn der Modus und die Spielregeln der Weiterentwicklung in der LS Community nicht abschlie\u00dfend gekl\u00e4rt ist (\u00fcbrigens mal ein hochinteressantes Thema f\u00fcr eine Forschungsarbeit), kommen neue Methoden laufend hinzu.<\/p>\n

Gemein ist den Strukturen, dass sie zu jedem Zeitpunkt die gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Aktivierung der Gruppe<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzen (Vortr\u00e4ge und lange Vorstellungsrunden geh\u00f6ren daher nicht zum Repertoire der Structures), und dass sie Vielfalt und Komplexit\u00e4t produktiv nutzen anstatt sie zu simplifizieren oder zu ignorieren. Die Haltungen dahinter sind in 10 Prinzipien<\/strong> niedergeschrieben, die als loses Manifest der Liberating Structures im Labor-Raum verteilt h\u00e4ngen \u2013 auch mit der Einladung dazu, Resonanz und Reibung mit einzelnen der Prinzipien zu erkunden.<\/p>\n

Wie in jeder guten Methodensammlung sind die Structures anhand eines einheitlichen Rasters beschrieben: die Zeiteinteilung, die Verteilung von Teilhabe und Mitwirkung, die \u201eEinladung\u201c (oder auch Spielanleitung), die Zusammensetzung der Gruppe(n) und die Anordnung des Raumes.<\/p>\n

Arbeit mit Widerspr\u00fcchen und be\u00e4ngstigenden Unsicherheiten <\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nach einigen Einf\u00fchrungen zum Wesen und zu den Prinzipien der Liberating Structures geht es im Labor mit den \u201eWicked Questions\u201c weiter: Wir schreiben auf, was f\u00fcr uns wesentliche Wahrheiten und Prinzipien unserer Arbeit in und mit Gruppen sind und wo diese besonders miteinander in Reibung stehen. Die Wicked Question wird im Format notiert: \u201eWie kann es sein, dass … und gleichzeitig…\u201c. Das von Britta als Beispiel eingef\u00fchrte Spannungsfeld \u00a0\u201eStruktur\u201c und \u201eEmergenz\u201c l\u00e4sst sich hier gut bearbeiten. In paarweisen Austauschen werden die Widerspr\u00fcche gesch\u00e4rft und weiter herausgearbeitet. Es ist eine interessante Erfahrung, dem Reflex zu widerstehen, Widerspr\u00fcche sofort aufzul\u00f6sen und zu sp\u00fcren, welche Kraft in der Spannung scheinbar unvereinbarer Prinzipien liegt. Die Timebox schlie\u00dft sich auch hier wieder mit dem Ping des Klangstabs \u2013 ein kompakter Moment Reflexion und weiter.   3. W\u00e4hle die vier gr\u00f6\u00dften Bef\u00fcrchtungen aus. Welches Monster passt zu welcher deiner Bef\u00fcrchtungen? Gib den D\u00e4monen einen Namen und stelle sie jemandem vor (hier lassen sich auch szenische Dialoge mit den D\u00e4monen anschlie\u00dfen).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So ungewohnt die \u00dcbung beginnt, die Gespr\u00e4che am Ende sind tief und leicht zugleich. Eine sch\u00f6ne, kreative Methode, die auch bei den Fortbildungs-Junkies unter den Labor-Besucher*innen noch den Nerv des Unbekannten trifft.\"\"<\/p>\n
