Liebe Leser*innen,<\/p>\n

mit der unerbittlichen Romantik des Wintereinbruchs kommt hier nun wieder unser kleines Schnittchenbuffet von OE Inspirationen und Angeboten. Zur Einleitung sei dabei heute einmal die Frage gestattet, was der tiefere Blick in die OE \u00fcberhaupt verspricht?<\/p>\n

Organisationsentwicklung ist Kunsthandwerk auf dem Drahtseil: Die Schneekugel sch\u00fctteln und zugleich einen Entwicklungsraum halten, der im inneren und \u00e4u\u00dferen Gewusel Orientierung gibt; die Dinge flie\u00dfen lassen und zugleich daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass sie einem nicht um die Ohren fliegen; gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke mundgerecht kleinhacken und zugleich verstreute Deutungsfetzen zum sinnvollen Gro\u00dfen-Ganzen zusammensetzen… das alles ist eigentlich eine Zumutung, aber auch eine sch\u00f6ne Aufgabe. Sie erfordert Trittsicherheit und ein Gesp\u00fcr daf\u00fcr, was sich unter der Bauchdecke der Organisation so abspielt. F\u00fcr uns liegt darin auch ein spannender Prozess des Entdeckens und Lernens, das wir gerne Teilen: In diesem Sinne startet die Fortbildung \u201egemeinn\u00fctzige Organisationen entwickeln!\u201c (gOe!) in diesem Fr\u00fchjahr gleich doppelt – als SOCIUS Heimspiel in Berlin und als Retreat Variante in Stolzenhagen im Odertal. Come closer!<\/p>\n

Was gibt\u2019s sonst Neues? Zur Zeit vor allem flei\u00dfiges Arbeiten an Projekt- und Wissenslandschaften und immer wieder sch\u00f6ne Punkte des Austauschs in unserer Labor-Reihe, die sich am 18.2. (\u201ePositioniert im Dialog\u201c zusammen mit Britta Loschke) auf die goldene Nr. 50 zubewegt. Wo Labore ausgebucht sind (wie \u201eVirtuelle Tools\u201c vom Januar oder \u201eOnline Aufstellungen\u201c zusammen mit G\u00e1bor Voz\u00e1ri im M\u00e4rz) werden wir freudig nachlegen. Auch Eure Anregungen, welche Themen wir in unseren Events und Trainings sonst noch aufgreifen k\u00f6nnen, sind immer sehr willkommen (hier eine kleine Umfrage dazu<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Wir sind gespannt, was das Jahr so bringt und freuen uns auf inspirierende Begegnungen auf dem Drahtseil und am Buffet!<\/p>\n
