F\u00fcr alle, die sich mehr Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung in ihrem Team w\u00fcnschen.<\/span><\/i><\/h5>\n

Mit den New Work Essentials startet SOCIUS einen kleinen Kanon von Tutorials,<\/strong> der es Organisationen und Teams erm\u00f6glicht, eigenst\u00e4ndig in Richtung Selbstorganisation zu reisen. Zudem k\u00f6nnen die einzelnen Module Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse unterst\u00fctzen, indem sie asynchrones Lernen erm\u00f6glichen. Teamtage k\u00f6nnen effizienter gestaltet werden, indem mehr Zeit f\u00fcr gemeinsamen Austausch zu Verf\u00fcgung steht und kollektive Wissens-Inputs ins Vorfeld verlagert werden. Und nat\u00fcrlich stehen die Kurse auch einzelnen Personen offen, die sich im Bereich Selbstorganisation fit machen und ihre professionellen F\u00e4higkeiten ausweiten wollen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit dem Ganzen experimentieren wir noch etwas. Was ihr sehen werdet, ist ein erster Prototyp. Weder haben wir uns f\u00fcr eine Preisstruktur entschieden, noch ist das Tutorial bereits mit allen Videos angereichert. Ihr erhaltet eine kostenlose Preview\u00a0 unseres Work-in-Progress und wenn ihr euch erkenntlich zeigen m\u00f6chtet, freuen wir uns sehr \u00fcber – gerne auch kritische – R\u00fcckmeldungen.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Als ich k\u00fcrzlich einen Londoner Berater-Kollegen nach seiner konzeptionellen Beheimatung fragte, legte er kurz und b\u00fcndig den Begriff \u201eDialogic OD\u201c auf den Tisch. Mein anerkennendes Nicken (Sounds good!) war von skeptischer Neugier unterlegt (ein neues Catch-Lable?). Kurz darauf fiel mir in der SOCIUS Bibliothek der dazu passende Sammelband von Bushe und Marshak in die H\u00e4nde. Vorwort von Ed Schein, das schaut man sich ja erstmal wohlwollend an...<\/p>

    Das Buch ist eine programmatische Wagenburg. Es folgt dem Anspruch, die theoretische Fundierung, die Diskurs-Position und das Denkmodell des Dialogischen Ansatzes aufzuf\u00e4chern. Die Herausgeber versammeln hierzu Pioniere der Forschung und Beratungspraxis im Themenfluss von Selbstorganisation, Emergenz und Komplexit\u00e4t (darunter etwa Ralph Stacey, Peggy Holman und Frank Barrett), die in ihren Beitr\u00e4gen zu einem gemeinsamen Gedanken einladen: Systeme ver\u00e4ndern sich nicht durch die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Strukturen und Prozesse und erst recht nicht durch Strategiepapiere oder Mission Statements. Sie ver\u00e4ndern sich in ihrer eigenen Logik dialogisch - durch kontinuierlichen direkten und offenen Meinungs- und Perspektiv-Austausch, oder im Art of Hosting Jargon: durch \u201eMeaningful Conversations\u201c. Wenn anderswo in der OE davon die Rede ist, dass man alles ver\u00e4ndern kann au\u00dfer der Organisationskultur, impliziert die Dialogische OE somit genau das Gegenteil: das Einzige, womit sich wirklich etwas \u00e4ndert, ist die Kultur, genauer: die dialogisch vermittelten Sinn- und Deutungsmuster der Organisation.<\/p>

    Das Spielfeld der Dialogischen OE liegt in diesem Bedeutungs-System. Die Begleitung kann impulsgebend sein, indem sie Musterunterbrechungen provoziert und neue Deutungs-Angebote in die Organisation einspeist. So wird etwa Im \u201eGenerative Metaphor Intervention Process\u201c zun\u00e4chst der Fokus gezielt weg vom konkreten Bearbeitungsfeld in einen symbolischen Raum gehoben (eine Geschichte, ein Bild, eine Analogie). Dann wird in diesem Raum durch gemeinsame kreative Assoziation eine neue Metapher eingef\u00fchrt, die den Gegenstand ins Licht alternativer Deutungen r\u00fcckt (hierf\u00fcr steht der Schl\u00fcsselbegriff des \u201eGenerative Image\u201c). Es folgt eine spielerische Auseinandersetzung mit der Metapher sowie schlie\u00dflich die Reflektion und der R\u00fcckbezug der Erkenntnisse auf das Bearbeitungsfeld.<\/p>

    Wo St\u00f6rungen und Wandel der Sinngebung durch interne oder externe Turbulenzen bereits gegeben sind, besteht die wichtigste Rolle der Begleitung darin, sichere R\u00e4ume als Dialog- und Beziehungsrahmen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen und zu halten.<\/p>

    Im Gegensatz zu klassischen \u201ediagnostischen\u201c Ans\u00e4tzen setzt die Dialogische OE statt geplanter Entwicklung (unfreezing-moving-refreezing) auf begleitete Emergenz. Das System macht seine Entwicklungs-Hausaufgaben im Gro\u00dfen und Ganzen selbst, der Transformative Wandel folgt der Eigendynamik der Selbstorganisation. Was genau dabei \u201ehinten\u201c rauskommt, ist mithin kaum vorhersagbar - ein f\u00fcr die Auftraggeber*innen von Beratungsprozessen eher ungem\u00fctlicher und gew\u00f6hnungsbed\u00fcrftiger Umstand.<\/p>

    Die akademisch-philosophische Flugh\u00f6he des Buches wird zwar immer wieder durch den Erfahrungsschatz der beitragenden Praktiker*innen geerdet, dennoch finden sich hier keine Kochrezepte. Wer das How-To der Dialogischen Arbeit lernen will, muss sich erst einmal noch den einzelnen Schulen verschreiben, die sich unter dieser Flagge versammeln (Art of Hosting, Story Work, Transformative Learning Practice, Appreciative Inquiry...). Es gibt also noch einiges zu tun (u.a. auch, dieses Buch zu \u00fcbersetzen). Und auch wenn noch nicht alle Fragezeichen gel\u00f6scht sind, steigt in mir der Verdacht, dass die Dialogische OE auch eine meiner konzeptionellen Beheimatungen sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>
