Ent-wicklungen<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Entwicklung ist unsere Passion. Auch unsere eigene Organisation \u2013 SOCIUS \u2013 entwickelt sich, logisch! Aber mit gro\u00dfen Schritten sind wir meist recht behutsam, versuchen das Organische zu ersp\u00fcren. Der gro\u00dfe Schritt, vor dem wir jetzt stehen, ist einer, der sich \u00fcber die letzten Jahre angedeutet hat: Rudi, der SOCIUS 1998 gegr\u00fcndet hat, sucht wieder ein neues Feld und verl\u00e4sst das SOCIUS Team.<\/p>\n

Gemeinsam haben wir \u00fcber mehr als 20 Jahre SOCIUS aufgebaut und zu dem gemacht, auf das wir zusammen stolz sind. Das Zusammentreffen von unternehmerischem Gestaltungswillen und der \u00dcberzeugung, dass Entwicklung gemeinsam getragene\u00a0Verantwortung braucht, hat SOCIUS immer zu einem spannenden Raum gemacht. Auf unserem Weg haben wir uns dabei zunehmend von Praktiken der Selbstorganisation inspirieren und leiten lassen. Selbstorganisation hat in verschiedenerlei Hinsicht auch mit Entfaltung zu tun.<\/p>\n

Rudi begibt sich nun in die Freiheit des Abenteuers einer Neugr\u00fcndung: Geplant ist eine politische Kampagne zu Klimaschutz und Gerechtigkeit, gepaart mit \u201eultraleichten Methoden\u201c \u2013 inspiriert von seinen Monaten auf Wanderschaft mit ultraleichtem Gep\u00e4ck.<\/p>\n

Auch SOCIUS befindet sich in einer bewussten Bewegung hin zu mehr kollaborativer Entwicklung in Partnerschaften und \u00d6kosystemen. Wir wollen uns darin den gro\u00dfen gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen dieser Zeit noch fokussierter stellen.<\/p>\n

Nat\u00fcrlich ist ein solcher Abschied auch immer emotional und unserer hat ein lachendes und ein weinendes Auge. Uns tr\u00e4gt die Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr das, was wir zusammen erlebt haben und die Freude auf neues Tun mit allen Partner:innen \u2013 also mit Ihnen und Euch!<\/p>\n

Wir hoffen auf weiterhin guten Austausch und Verbundenheit in alle Richtungen und gr\u00fc\u00dfen herzlich.<\/p>\n
