Liebe Leser:innen –\u00a0Hallo im fr\u00fchen Herbst,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

gestern habe ich einen Teamentwicklungsprozess moderiert und mich dabei gefragt, welche Zutaten es braucht, damit Zusammenarbeit in einer Organisation gestaltet werden kann:<\/p>\n

Reicht die Vision als verbindender Faktor, um vertrauensvoll in Kontakt zu kommen und gemeinsam von kritischen Herausforderungen zu lernen?<\/p>\n

Gestern zeigte sich: eher nicht.<\/p>\n

Mir fiel die sch\u00f6ne (und wunderbar fantasievoll illustrierte) Kindergeschichte von der\u00a0Maus Frederick\u00a0<\/a>ein, die – statt Korn und N\u00fcsse im Sommer zu sammeln – Sonne, Farben und laue Luft aufnimmt und diese Elemente f\u00fcr die anderen M\u00e4use im Winter, wenn sie satt sind, die Dunkelheit aber belastend wird, lebendig macht.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Brot und Rosen \u2013 wir brauchen beides zum Leben, zum Arbeiten; f\u00fcr unser pers\u00f6nliches und fachliches Wachstum.<\/p>\n

Bei SOCIUS haben wir beides in besonderem Ma\u00df genossen f\u00fcr eine Woche auf der Insel Brac. In beidem: unserem Zusammenwirken und in konkreten Angeboten werden wir im Herbst von diesem\u00a0inspirierenden Aufenthalt<\/a>\u00a0profitieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n
