Aus welcher Haltung heraus wird aktuell im System Schule gearbeitet \u2013\u00a0und welche Haltung soll die Akteure in Zukunft antreiben? Das Thema Haltung war ein Schwerpunkt am zweiten Tag der\u00a0Konferenz Bildung Digitalisierung 2022<\/a>\u00a0im Cafe Moskau in Berlin. In seiner Keynote \u201eAufbruch zu Digital Leadership\u201c skizzierte der Organisationsberater Andreas Knoth, welches neue Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis Akteure im Bildungskontext heute brauchen \u2013\u00a0und warum Exnovation ein wesentlicher Teil von Innovation werden muss, damit die Organisation Schule keinen Burn-out erleidet.<\/p>\n

In der anschlie\u00dfenden Panel-Diskussion debattierte Andreas Knoth mit Eliane Burri von der P\u00e4dagogischen Hochschule Z\u00fcrich, Gabriele Lonz vom Ministerium f\u00fcr Bildung in Rheinland-Pfalz und der Schulleiterin Nicole Stockmann unter dem Titel \u201eDigital Leadership und Kultur des Teilens\u201c, inwiefern neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte an Schulen darin unterst\u00fctzt, den Wandel an Schulen zu gestalten. Als Schulleiterin eines deutschlandweit einzigartigen Doppelgymnasiums ist Nicole Stockmann mit dem Thema Kooperation auf ganz besondere Art und Weise vertraut.
