Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

in Zeiten der \u00dcberg\u00e4nge \u2013 und der Beginn eines neuen Jahres ist wohl einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften wiederkehrenden \u00dcberg\u00e4nge in unserem Leben \u2013 lese ich gern ein bisschen herum, was die Zukunftsforschung \u201euns mit auf den Weg gibt\u201c. Dabei habe ich in diesem Jahr zwei Begriffe gefunden, die mir gut gefallen haben.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Der\u00a0<\/strong>eine ist\u00a0Zukunftsmut.\u00a0<\/strong>Nicht nur das vergangene Jahre hat uns unsanft aus vielerlei Routinen und scheinbaren Sicherheiten geholt. Es hat uns daran erinnert, dass auch im 21. Jahrhundert weder Frieden und Demokratie, die Gleichberechtigung von Frauen, noch die Hoffnung auf ein lebenserhaltendes Klima selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sind. Immer wieder waren wir im vergangenen Jahr gefordert, uns mit unerwarteten disruptiven Ereignissen auseinanderzusetzen und unseren individuellen wie kollektiven Umgang damit zu finden. Da erscheint es manchmal schwer, nicht den Mut zu verlieren, mit Zuversicht in die Zukunft zu schauen. Getreu dem Rat von Astrid Lindgren: \u201eDas habe ich noch nie vorher versucht, also bin ich v\u00f6llig sicher, dass ich es schaffe.\u201c, der vielleicht nichts anderes sagen will als: Findet Eure Entdeckungslust! Im gemeinsamen achtsamen Tun werden wir es herausfinden!\u00a0<\/p>\n

So l\u00e4dt auch unser erstes SOCIUS labor 2023 am 16. Januar ein,\u00a0\u201cDie \u00dcberg\u00e4nge [zu] feiern!\u201d<\/a>\u00a0und ganz pers\u00f6nlich und zukunftsmutig ins neue Jahr zu blicken.<\/p>\n

Der zweite Begriff ist\u00a0Resonanzgesellschaft<\/strong>. Um die gro\u00dfen Herausforderungen der kommenden Jahre zu meistern, sind wir als Gemeinschaft gefordert \u2013 individuell, organisational, gesellschaftlich. Wir sind in diesen volatilen Zeiten gefordert, vieles anders und neu zu denken und zu machen – ohne Erfolgsgarantie. Achtsamkeit und Verbundenheit mit uns und Anderen kann uns vielleicht die Richtung weisen. Eine M\u00f6glichkeit, mit sich selbst und anderen in Resonanzen zu gehen und deine eigene Haltung zum Thema F\u00fchrung zu reflektieren, ist unsere\u00a0Jahresfortbildung \u201eF\u00fchren mit Haltung\u201c<\/a>, die im Mai startet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Neben vielen Veranstaltungen im kommenden Jahr, wie\u00a0\u201cLead the future\u201d<\/a>\u00a0im April oder dem neuen\u00a0Werkstattzyklus gOe!<\/a>, ist f\u00fcr uns der\u00a0oe-tag\u00a0<\/strong>eine wunderbare M\u00f6glichkeit mit euch und spannenden Themen in Resonanz zu gehen.\u00a0 Daher hier schon die herzliche Einladung dir den\u00a09. Juni 2023<\/strong>\u00a0im Kalender frei zu halten, um mit uns zu forschen und zu r\u00e4sonieren, wie wir Organisationen mutig in die Zukunft begleiten k\u00f6nnen. Und vermutlich ist es nicht zu viel verraten, dass wir auch da einen \u00dcbergang feiern werden. SOCIUS wird 25!<\/p>\n
