Liebe Leser:innen<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Am vergangenen Wochenende fand ein Art of Hosting Training in Berlin statt, das dem Ruf folgender Fragen folgte: \u201cWelche neuen Anf\u00e4nge k\u00f6nnten durch eine Praxis von F\u00fcrsorge und Verbindung entstehen? Wieviel mehr k\u00f6nnten wir sein und als Menschheit erreichen, wenn wir zusammen unseren Potentialen, Unterschieden und Trauma zuh\u00f6rten?<\/strong>\u201d Julia Hoffmann war Teil des Trainer:innen-Teams und weitere Kolleg:innen aus dem SOCIUS Umfeld waren ebenfalls dabei. Die Idee des „Art of Hosting and Harvesting Meaningful Conversations“ ist ein F\u00fchrungsansatz, der vom Pers\u00f6nlichen zum Systemischen skaliert, indem er pers\u00f6nliche Praxis, Dialog, Moderation und die gemeinsame Schaffung kollektiver Intelligenz nutzt, um komplexe Herausforderungen anzugehen. Genau deswegen ist er so wirkungsvoll und die Fragen, die dem Berliner Training zu Grunde lagen, besch\u00e4ftigen uns in der Begleitung von Teams und Organisationen auf die ein oder andere Weise auch immer wieder.<\/p>\n

Die Kunst des echten Zuh\u00f6rens l\u00e4sst Verbindung zu sich selbst und anderen entstehen, daf\u00fcr braucht es Zeit, Raum und Geduld. Zuzuh\u00f6ren mit einer neugierigen Haltung, mit einer Entdecker:innenlust an der Realit\u00e4t des Gegen\u00fcbers macht einen Unterschied zu der \u00fcblichen Art des Zuh\u00f6rens: Warten bis man antworten kann.<\/p>\n

Unsere Angebote in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen und Monaten sind ebenfalls auf Begegnung und Verbindung, Lernen und Entwicklung ausgerichtet.<\/p>\n

Sei in den SOCIUS laboren, die wieder vor Ort in Berlin stattfinden: im April hat Nicola Kriesel die beiden Leipzigerinnen Hannah Hummel und Lea Fandrey zum Thema \u201cLeichtigkeit im Team<\/strong>\u201d eingeladen und im Mai werden Ralph Piotrowski, Lysan Escher und Andreas Knoth das Fitnessstudio f\u00fcr das Training der sieben Muskeln der Selbstorganisation<\/strong> er\u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n

Oder in den SOCIUS Seminaren zu F\u00fchrung in der Zivilgesellschaft<\/strong> mit Simon Mohn Ende April und zum IKIGAI<\/strong> mit Thomas D\u00f6nnebrink Ende Mai.<\/p>\n

Ganz zu schweigen von unserer Fortbildung zur Praxis der Organisationsentwicklung \u201cgOe – gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisationen entwickeln<\/strong>\u201d und dem Jahreskurs \u201cF\u00fchren mit Haltung<\/strong>\u201d, die beide im Mai starten. Bevor dann der SOCIUS H\u00f6hepunkt des Jahres am 9. Juni mit dem oe-tag zu Regenerativen Kulturen<\/strong> stattfindet.<\/p>\n
