anspruchsvolle Arbeit darf auch Spa\u00df machen \u2026 oder vielleicht sogar \u201esollte\u201c auch Spa\u00df machen? Im SOCIUS labor Mitte April hatten wir die sch\u00f6ne Erfahrung, wie Dynamiken an Schwere und Starrheit verlieren, wenn wir uns erlauben, spielerische Elemente einzubinden. Methodisch in dem Moment mit Mitteln des Forum-Theater. Inhaltlich in Versuchen wie: \u201emal was anders machen\u201c, bewusste Atmung und Zentrierung, Tanzen oder auch Luftballon-Spiele.<\/p>\n

Bei einer Team-Klausur, die ich vergangene Woche moderieren durfte, stand ein Austausch zur Resilienz im Team auf der Tagesordnung. Aber es kam anders: eine Kollegin hat mit einfachsten Mitteln Druckm\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr kleine Icons mitgebracht: Pfeile, Wolken, Sonnen, Ziffern und vieles mehr konnten umstandslos auf einen Karton aufgemalt und von dort abgedruckt (und sp\u00e4ter digitalisiert) werden. So soll das Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis illustriert werden, das im Team im letzten Jahr entstanden ist. Es war zwei Stunden ein gro\u00dfer Spa\u00df und richtig angenehmes kollaboratives und kreatives Arbeiten. Und die Verkn\u00fcpfung mit Resilienz? \u201eWir haben uns ganz anders kennengelernt.\u201c, \u201eEs war toll zu sehen, wie wir einen ganz anderen Umgang zum Thema bekommen haben.\u201c, \u201eIch fand es sch\u00f6n, wie jede:r das eigene tun konnte und trotzdem was Gemeinsames entstanden ist.\u201c, \u201eIn so kurzer Zeit so konkrete fassbare Ergebnisse \u2013 super.\u201c<\/em>\u00a0Spa\u00df an der Arbeit ist f\u00fcr mich ein Quell von Resilienz und es war eine Freude, das Team zu erleben, wie es im konkreten Handeln selbst Resilienz und Freude entwickelt hat \u2013 es wird bleiben und pr\u00e4gen, mehr als jeder kognitive Austausch dar\u00fcber.<\/p>\n

Am 9. Juni 2023 findet auf dem Gel\u00e4nde der Floating Berlin der diesj\u00e4hrige oe-tag statt. Auch hier wollen wir nat\u00fcrlich wieder experimentieren und ins Reden, Sp\u00fcren und Handeln kommen zum Thema \u201eRegenerative Kulturen\u201c. Davor werden noch zwei SOCIUS labore \u2013 live und in Pr\u00e4senz \u2013 stattfinden: „Die sieben Muskel der Selbstorganisation“ und „K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz in der Organisationsentwicklung“.\u00a0<\/p>\n
