Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Ende November hatten wir bei SOCIUS wieder mal eine Workation. Vier mal im Jahr nehmen wir uns Zeit miteinander, zum Arbeiten an internen Projekten, zum Geschichten erz\u00e4hlen, zum Planen und manchmal auch zum Anpacken. So wie dieses Mal. Unser B\u00fcro sehnt sich nach Erneuerung und Erfrischung und weil wir\u00a0nicht nur bei unseren Angeboten auf Handgeschneidertes setzen<\/strong>, haben wir letzte Woche selbst den Hammer und die S\u00e4ge geschwungen, Regale und St\u00fchle zusammengebaut und so einiges entr\u00fcmpelt. Und wie wir aus anderen Transformationsprozessen wissen, sind diese nicht in ein paar Tagen vollendet, sondern brauchen ihre Zeit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Manchmal bringen sie auch Dinge zum Vorschein mit denen wir gar nicht gerechnet haben. So ging es Andreas und mir beim Kick-off in einen oe-Prozess mit \u00fcber 50 Teilnehmenden. Um Transformation hin zu selbstgesteuerten Teams sollte es gehen, die ohnehin vorhandene Dezentralit\u00e4t und Autonomie der Teams sollte weiter ausgebaut und auch strukturell verankert werden, und trotz der vorab stattgefundenen Teamgespr\u00e4che wurde vor Ort schnell klar: Die Mitarbeitenden dieser Organisation brauchen – jedenfalls zun\u00e4chst mal –\u00a0Vergewisserung zu den gemeinsamen Werten<\/strong>. Unsere intensive, gut durchdachte Vorbereitung bedurfte schneller Anpassung, unsere Flexibilit\u00e4t war gefragt und unsere Improvisationskunst gefordert.\u00a0
Ist es so nicht immer wieder: kaum hat man ein neues Thema entdeckt, zeigt es sich an allen Ecken und Enden? So wird es uns im n\u00e4chsten halben Jahr wohl mit der Improvisation gehen, damit die Vorbereitung auf den oe-tag 2024 sich auch wirklich lohnt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bis dahin\u00a0sammeln wir Geschichten<\/strong>\u00a0in denen ein „Ja! Und…“ einen Unterschied gemacht hat, in denen die Vorbereitung zur Spontanit\u00e4t gef\u00fchrt hat und durch Flexibilit\u00e4t Ver\u00e4nderung stattgefunden hat. Euren Geschichten lauschen wir gerne – in den SOCIUS laboren, bei den Seminaren, in den Community Calls und auch auf den Wegen, die uns noch gar nicht eingefallen sind, auf die Ihr uns einladet.\u00a0<\/p>\n
