Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Ich liebe die Zeit \u201czwischen den Jahren<\/strong>\u201d, wenn der Stress des Jahresendes von mir abgefallen ist und die Schwere und Ersch\u00f6pfung, die dem folgt, innerer Ruhe und Kreativit\u00e4t gewichen ist. Am meisten liebe ich den Nachmittag des letzten Tages im Jahr, wenn ich mit meiner Familie am K\u00fcchentisch sitze mit Stapeln von gelesenen und ungelesenen Zeitschriften um uns herum, die sich im Laufe des Jahres angesammelt haben. Versunken bl\u00e4ttern wir darin, schnippeln und rei\u00dfen Bilder und Worte heraus, die uns inspirieren und \u201cins Auge springen\u201d. Und wie zuf\u00e4llig, aber wohl eher intuitiv, entstehen Collagen von unseren W\u00fcnschen und Vorhaben f\u00fcr das kommende Jahr<\/strong>. Eine wunderbare Art, das vor uns liegende Jahr gemeinsam Willkommen zu hei\u00dfen!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Welche Themen m\u00f6chtest du in diesem noch jungen Jahr 2024 in dir und um dich herum bewegen? Was sind deine Entwicklungsfelder? Mit welcher Haltung m\u00f6chtest du dieses Jahr in der Welt sein?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Auch wir als SOCIUS Team haben uns diese Fragen bei unserer Jahresauftaktklausur letzte Woche gestellt. Wir haben in unseren gemeinsamen Teppich ein paar neue F\u00e4den eingewebt und ein paar vorhandene wieder aufgenommen.
So werden wir uns in diesem Jahr weiter dem Erforschen und Ausprobieren einer regenerativen Organisationskultur widmen, unsere Haltung zu Macht und Vielfalt hinterfragen und uns dem Thema Improvisation<\/strong> in der Organisationsentwicklung, nicht nur beim diesj\u00e4hrigen oe-tag<\/a> am 31. Mai<\/strong>, widmen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Im ersten Quartal gibt es insgesamt vier mal eine Einladung zum SOCIUS labor. Zwei davon sind den „Sieben Muskeln der Selbstorganisation<\/a>„<\/strong> gewidmet – unser Trainingsparcours f\u00fcr alle die fit bleiben oder werden wollen um Selbstorganisation mitzugestalten. Um Selbstorganisation und Leadership<\/strong><\/a> geht es in der offenen Forschungswerkstatt. Und wer Lust auf eine richtig tiefe Auseinandersetzung mit den Herausforderungen von New Work<\/strong> und Selbstorganisation hat, sei eingeladen zu unserer brandneuen Weiterbildung „Selbst:Organisations:Entwicklung<\/strong><\/a>„, die im April in Stolzenhagen startet.<\/p>\n
