Die gestalttherapeutische Selbsterfahrungsgruppe bietet Raum eigene Grenzen, Gef\u00fchle und Haltungen in Beziehung zu erforschen. Die Gruppe von max. zehn Teilnehmer:innen bietet dabei einen \u00fcberschaubaren und intimen Rahmen. Die Teilnehmenden bringen eigene Themen ein und stellen sich der Gruppe mit ihrer Resonanz zur Verf\u00fcgung. Voraussetzung ist Interesse am Austausch mit Anderen und die Bereitschaft sich auf neue Erfahrungen einzulassen.<\/p>\n
