Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

wenn der Monat mit einem Feiertag beginnt und mit einem oe-tag endet, dachte ich, starte ich doch mal mit dem Thema des Monats: Improvisation. Contact Improvisation genauer gesagt.<\/p>\n

Bei der Anfang der 1970er Jahre entstandenen Tanzform\u00a0Contact Improvisation<\/a>\u00a0wird ohne feste Formen und ohne vorhersehbare oder choreographierte Bewegungen getanzt. Daf\u00fcr braucht es Offenheit und Resonanz in Bezug auf die Musik, die eigenen Bewegungsimpulse und den – in seiner G\u00e4nze unvorhersehbaren – Prozess mit den Mitt\u00e4nzer:innen.\u00a0 Ein spielerisch-kreatives Lernfeld f\u00fcr Improvisation und den eigenen Umgang mit der Unverf\u00fcgbarkeit der Welt.<\/p>\n

Irgendwie wie im „richtigen Leben\u201d einer Organisation! Was genau das eine mit dem anderen zu tun hat, erkunden wir beim oe tag am 31.5. im Haus der Statistik.<\/p>\n

Ja!, UND um sich in das Feld der Improvisation im Kontext von Organisationen und Netzwerken zu werfen, k\u00f6nnen wir einiges daf\u00fcr tun, gut vorbereitet zu sein. So bieten wir euch auch im Mai wieder einen fr\u00fchlingshaft-bunten Strau\u00df an Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten an:<\/p>\n

Zum Beispiel beim n\u00e4chsten SOCIUS labor zu den \u201cSieben Muskel der Selbstorganisation\u201d am 14. Mai, wo wir diesmal unseren Resonanzmuskel in Beziehungen trainieren wollen. Und weil wir bekanntlich besser im Kontakt mit unseren Mitmenschen sind, wenn wir unserer „Inneren Balance auf der Spur“ bleiben, laden wir euch am 18. Mai wieder zum Gindlertraining ein.<\/p>\n

Auch als Person mit F\u00fchrungsverantwortung braucht es immer wieder Prozesskompetenz und Improvisationstalent, um den Irrungen und Wirrungen des Organisationsalltags gut zu begegnen. Wenn du eine ganzheitliche Fortbildung dazu suchst, legen wir dir unsere Jahresfortbildung „F\u00fchren mit Haltung\u201d ans Herz, um dein eigenes F\u00fchrungsverhalten zu reflektieren und weiterzuentwickeln, eine Vielfalt an praktischen Methoden und Handwerkszeug kennenzulernen und dir ein Netzwerk aufzubauen, das dich \u00fcber die Fortbildung hinaus im Arbeitsalltag unterst\u00fctzen wird.<\/p>\n
