Liebe Leser:innen,<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

die Zeit der Sommerferien liegt hinter uns und damit auch die Wochen, in denen der ein oder andere OE-Prozess pausierte und Termine sich etwas reduzierten. Eine Zeit auch als Begleiterin von Prozessen innezuhalten, zu reflektieren und neue Perspektiven zu gewinnen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dabei stellte ich fest – in den meisten Teams, die ich aktuell begleite, spielen Fragen rund um F\u00fchrung eine zentrale Rolle. Da ist zum Beispiel der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, der nach einer dynamischen Wachstumsphase Aufgaben und Verantwortung an die n\u00e4chste Ebene abgeben m\u00f6chte. Das Team,\u00a0 in dem\u00a0die Stelle der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung jahrelang heftig kritisiert wurde und das nun einen rollenbasierten Ansatz erprobt. Die neue Teamleiterin, die aus dem Team kommend ihre individuelle Balance zwischen \u201eGrenzen setzen und eigenverantwortlich machen lassen\u201c sucht oder das Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrungsteam, das organisationale Glaubenss\u00e4tze hinter sich l\u00e4sst und seinen ganz eigenen Modus der Zusammenarbeit findet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Einen Ansatz, in dem ich mich sehr heimisch gef\u00fchlt habe und der auf der Positiven Psychologie fu\u00dft, beschreibt u.a. Ruth Seliger als positive leadership<\/strong>. <\/em>Dazu geh\u00f6ren F\u00fchren mit Freude und Sinn sowie st\u00e4rkenfokussiertes F\u00fchren. \u201ePositive leadership beruht auf einer Haltung der Zuversicht und des Vertrauens, des Engagements f\u00fcr andere Menschen und positive Ziele\u201c<\/em> (Seliger 2013). Daraus resultiert nicht nur eine zugewandte Art der Zusammenarbeit, die mich sehr motiviert hat, sondern der Blick auf Chancen, Vertrauen und St\u00e4rken wirkt sich auch positiv auf Leistungen, Gesundheit und Probleml\u00f6sungen aus.\u00a0So kann auch eine wesentliche Grundlage f\u00fcr F\u00fchren in Krisen gelegt werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Auch wenn es anfangs kontraintuitiv erscheint, ist Transparenz eine der wichtigsten Zutaten f\u00fcr F\u00fchrung in krisenhaften Situationen<\/strong>. \u201eWenn das, was du wei\u00dft, begrenzt ist, ist es nicht hilfreich so zu tun, als h\u00e4ttest Du die Antwort. Inmitten des Umbruchs m\u00fcssen F\u00fchrende teilen, was sie wissen und zugeben, was sie nicht wissen. Paradoxerweise kreiert diese Ehrlichkeit nicht weniger, sondern mehr psychologische Sicherheit f\u00fcr Menschen\u201c,<\/em> sagt Amy Edmondson in ihrem TED-Talk \u201eHow to lead in crisis\u201c. Diese Transparenz, aber auch das Teilen von Macht als weiteren Bestandteil von F\u00fchrungsarbeit in Krisenzeiten, kann in einer Atmosph\u00e4re von Vertrauen und St\u00e4rkenorientierung\u00a0<\/span>viel leichter fallen und konstruktiv aufgegriffen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n
