DESCRIPTION:Donnerstag 9. November 2017\, 14 bis 18 Uhr\nScrum & OE\nSelbstdiagnose: Wie agil sind wir wirklich? \nViele Unternehmen befinden sich heute im Wandel hin zur agilen Organisation\, u.a. um zukunftsfähig zu bleiben. Das betrifft mitunter nicht nur einzelne Software-Teams\, sondern die gesamte Organisation.\nAllerdings ist besonders organisationsweite Agilität schwer zu fassen: Wo stehen wir\, wie agil sind wir wirklich\, was fehlt uns? Für diese Fragen wurde ein Selbstdiagnose-Instrument entwickelt\, das hier von Thomas Zimmermann vorgestellt und erprobt werden soll.\nWir wollen damit gemeinsam einen kurzen Überblick gewinnen\, welche Reifegrade in den Kernaspekten der Agilität bekannt sind und wo wir uns jeweils dort einordnen können.
